BUYER VERIFICATION
A valid Chain of Custody certificate supports a controlled material and documentation route. It does not mean every product or every paper option can automatically carry an FSC claim.
Check the certificate holder, code, scope and current status on the latest copy.
Confirm that the selected paper or board follows an eligible supplier and material route.
Agree the claim type and complete trademark or artwork approval before printing.
Keep order, production and invoice wording consistent with the approved claim.
Confirm any destination-market or buyer-program documentation before production.
SCOPE LIMIT
The applicable claim depends on the ordered material, supplier documentation, production records and approved artwork. Confirm the route for the specific packaging project before publishing a claim.
