BUYER FAQ

Direct Answers Before You Request a Quote

Show six preview questions on the pillar page and link to the complete FAQ. Answers must state conditions and evidence limits.

What is the MOQ for custom packaging?+

The working minimum is 1,000 pcs per size and design. Final feasibility depends on structure, material, printing and finish.

How fast can a sample be made?+

Selected structures can target from 3 working days after dimensions, material, artwork and finish details are confirmed. Courier time is separate.

How long does bulk production take?+

Bulk timing is planned for the specific structure after sample approval, final quantity, material, artwork, payment and packing requirements are confirmed.

What is the difference between OEM and ODM?+

OEM starts from an approved sample, dieline or specification. ODM starts earlier and includes structure, material, insert and prototype development support.

Can you work from a reference photo?+

Yes. A reference photo can begin an initial feasibility review. Final quotation requires confirmed specifications.

How do you recommend packaging materials?+

We compare product weight, fragility, retail display, shipping method, finish direction, target quantity and documentation needs before recommending a practical route.
