Answers Organized Around Real Buyer Decisions

Recommended launch questions are listed below. Keep each answer concise and link to a detailed guide when the question needs more explanation.

What is the MOQ for custom packaging?+

The working minimum is 1,000 pcs per size and design. Final feasibility depends on structure, material, printing and finish.

How fast can a sample be made?+

Selected structures can target from 3 working days after dimensions, material, artwork and finish details are confirmed. Courier time is separate.

How long does bulk production take?+

Bulk timing is planned for the specific structure after sample approval, final quantity, material, artwork, payment and packing requirements are confirmed.

What is the difference between OEM and ODM?+

OEM starts from an approved sample, dieline or specification. ODM starts earlier and includes structure, material, insert and prototype development support.

Can you work from a reference photo?+

Yes. A reference photo can begin an initial feasibility review. Final quotation requires confirmed specifications.

How do you recommend packaging materials?+

We compare product weight, fragility, retail display, shipping method, finish direction, target quantity and documentation needs before recommending a practical route.

How is packaging color approved?+

The project should define CMYK or Pantone direction, substrate, proof method and any signed physical reference before bulk printing.

Can you make custom inserts and windows?+

Yes. Paperboard, corrugated and project-specific inserts, plus PET, PP or PVC windows, can be reviewed for fit and production feasibility.

Which certificates are available?+

Current ISO 9001 and FSC Chain of Custody documents can be requested for supplier review. Scope and validity should be checked for each project.

Can you review our QC checklist?+

Yes. Send critical dimensions, appearance points, testing scope, packing rules and third-party inspection requirements before the production schedule is confirmed.

How are packing details confirmed?+

Quantity, inner packing, carton marks, barcodes, labels and shipment photos should be agreed against the approved specification.

Can we verify the factory before ordering?+

Buyers can request current documents, a guided video review or an on-site factory visit relevant to the planned project.

What happens after I submit an inquiry?+

The team reviews your requirements, identifies missing information and then recommends a sample plan or quotation route.
