Send the product or its measured dimensions and weight, plus any insert or accessory layout. Specify the desired position of the hinge, the cover artwork and the interior print or color. Also tell the factory whether the box will be assembled by a packing team or supplied ready for use.

Request a structural drawing showing the cavity, side walls, corner tabs and cover clearance. This lets the buyer check the actual construction before judging the decorative surface or approving print files.

Before bulk production, approve the exact assembly instruction, interior and exterior artwork, product fit and final packed form. If the factory proposes a different board or closure, review another physical sample rather than assuming it performs like the photographed example.
