Paper, size and weight: kraft, art paper and board
Paper sets the look and the strength. Custom kraft paper bags have a natural brown or white surface and work well for everyday retail. Coated art paper takes colour and lamination for a smoother, more premium print. A heavier paper or a card lining holds shape better for heavier items. Size matters too: send the width, height and depth of the product, so the bag has room for the product and a clean fold at the top. We confirm the paper on the sample.
Custom printed paper bags: logo, colour and finish
Printing is where a bag carries your brand. You can choose CMYK or Pantone colours, a matte or gloss lamination, and finishes such as foil, spot UV or embossing. Large solid colour areas should be checked on the sample, because folds and glue edges can change the result.
Handles and reinforcement: what carries the weight
The handle and the reinforcement decide how much weight a carrier can take. Custom paper bags with handles can use paper, rope or ribbon, and the handle is usually anchored with a reinforcement patch inside the top of the bag. A gusset gives it depth and a flat base. We make paper bags in bulk, not stock items. The working MOQ is 1,000 pcs per size and design. A sample is approved before bulk production starts. Samples usually take 3–5 working days, and bulk production about 15 days after approval; the exact date is confirmed in the quotation.
